Vitex supports healthy ovulation by raising LH.

Vitex should be taken from the first day you stop bleeding until the day before your bleed. Do not take during menstruation.

Vitex is not advised for PCOS - please check with your healthcare provider if vitex is the right supplement for you.

Vitex agnus-castus (Chasteberry) ext. 125mg
equiv. dry (berry)1.25 g
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) ext. 25mg
equiv. dry (herb top) 500 mg

Dosage

1 - 2 capsules once or twice daily
