Shipping Policy

Packaging Alchemical packages all products in sustainable, biodegradable packaging. Your postage bag can be home composted.

Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $200 AUD. Orders under $200 AUD will incur a flat shipping fee at checkout.

Australian Delivery Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

International Shipping We ship internationally worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout. For larger orders, please contact us directly to obtain an international shipping quote.

Free Standard Shipping to the US when you spend over $150 USD

International delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days.

International Customs & Duty Charges Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. Taxes and duties applicable to your purchase are your responsibility, and Alchemical cannot be held responsible for any such charges.

If you choose not to pay duties on import and your parcel is returned to us, you will not be issued a refund — you will receive a credit note for the value of the products only, less any shipping paid, with an additional $10 deducted to cover return shipping costs.

US Orders — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all applicable customs duties and taxes are prepaid by us to ensure tariff adherence and smooth transit through US customs. There are no surprise charges on delivery.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions or customs processing. Alchemical is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
