Directions for Use

Take your temperature first thing in the morning, before you get out of bed, eat, drink, talk, or check your phone.

Keep the thermometer in place for about five minutes.

Look for patterns
After tracking your BBT for a few months, you should start to see a pattern. A slight increase in temperature, usually less than 1/2 degree F, typically occurs when you ovulate. If the increase lasts for three days or more, you've likely ovulated.

Consider other factors
Illness, stress, poor sleep, smoking, drinking alcohol, jet lag, and using an electric blanket can all affect your temperature. You can note these on your chart to account for any anomalies.

Plan sex
You're most fertile about two days before your BBT rises, but sperm can live up to five days in your reproductive tract. If you're trying to get pregnant, you can have sex on those days, and also one or two days before and after.

We accept any product in its original, odour-free, unused or unworn condition*, for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less all shipping costs. Please understand that we are a small company and it would hurt us greatly if we had to pay for shipping expenses and restocking costs on non-defective returns.

*apparel returns must be absolutely unworn for sanitary reasons. If you wish to try something on for size please wear another garment underneath to keep things perfectly clean.

If you would like to exchange your item, please follow these easy steps:

- Email us with your original order number as well as a picture of the item you are returning (this helps us verify that it is new, and lets us refund your purchase before receiving it back at headquarters, cutting down on your wait time).

-Indicate whether you would like store credit (receiving a store credit allows you to exchange the item for a different size/etc.) or refund.

-Mail your item back to the address provided, forward the tracking number and receive your credit/refund.
